Contract Remote BCBA in Utah
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a remote contract clinician supporting children and families through high-quality, compassionate ABA services.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who is confident providing effective telehealth supervision, values ethical and relationship-centered care, and can independently support both clients and RBTs remotely.
We believe remote ABA can be done well, but only when clinicians are engaged, responsive, clinically strong, and intentional about building connection and supporting implementation from a distance.

Compensation
- $70/hour for billable services
Billable responsibilities may include:
- Supervision
- Parent training
- Assessments
- Treatment planning
- Caregiver collaboration
- Other insurance-approved BCBA services
Please note:
Some nonbillable responsibilities are expected as part of quality clinical care and team collaboration. These may include:
- Responding to clinical questions
- Supporting and guiding RBTs
- Consulting with stakeholders
- Coordinating care with providers or families
- Maintaining timely communication
Responsibilities
- Provide effective remote supervision to RBTs and clients
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Monitor client progress and make clinically appropriate program modifications
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate professionally with families, team members, and community stakeholders
- Support ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services

Requirements
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Licensed in Utah or willing to obtain Utah licensure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing telehealth supervision preferred
- Reliable internet and appropriate remote work setup
