Nova Supports is seeking a dynamic Clinical Director to lead ABA services across Weber and Davis counties, based out of our Ogden clinic. Nova Supports creates Space to Thrive for individuals with autism through in-home and in-clinic services for all ages. Our Ogden location includes a full indoor pool, allowing clients to safely build water-safety and adaptive swim skills, an offering unique in the region.

About the Role

The Clinical Director oversees clinical quality, team performance, and the growth of services in the area. You will lead BCBAs, support high-quality treatment, and help shape systems that ensure exceptional client outcomes. This is an on-site leadership role for a BCBA who values collaboration, ethical practice, and meaningful impact. You will be the top leader for Weber and Davis counties, overseeing all services in the geographic region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support BCBAs and clinical staff across Weber/Davis counties
  • Ensure high-quality, individualized treatment plans and data-driven practices
  • Oversee documentation, audits, treatment fidelity, and clinical workflows
  • Provide guidance for complex cases, crisis plans, and escalated family concerns
  • Support training, supervision, and development of RBTs, trainees, and BCBAs
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership on staffing, systems, and regional growth
  • Maintain compliance with BACB, HIPAA, payer, and state regulations
